The FINIS Center Mount Swimmer's Snorkel over the face design allows a swimmer to use goggles while swimming with a snorkel. This design reduces drag and tension otherwise felt with side mount snorkels. Swimmers with neck, back, or shoulder problems can swim with reduced tension on the injured area because they do not have to turn their head to breathe Allowing the swimmer to keep their face down in the water and concentrate on and watch their stroke is a great way to improve on stroke mechanics. With significant training, proper stroke technique, body position, balance, and streamline positioning can be committed to memory. In freestyle, a coach can observe head position and body roll. In butterfly, the swimmer can concentrate on finishing the arm stroke by eliminating the effort involved in the breathing cycle.

This is a great swimmer's snorkel. It takes a little practice to get used to it. You have to breath like Darth Vader and think about how it works when it comes to keeping it sealed. Once you get used to it, helps alot with improving stroke because you don't have to concentrate so much on the breathing. Superfast ship and service with Swim2000 vendor. Definitely would purchase from them again.

This is a good product for getting down the right strokes to increase efficiency. Good for drills. If new to snorkeling will need a couple of hours of learning. Once learned, snorkel will offer great enjoyment. Good product.

You won't have to struggle with learning how to breathe. Just make sure look up once in awhile and watch where you're going!
