Product Description
The Nereus Canoe Paddle (patent pending) is an efficient paddle for powering a canoe. The paddle is designed to have a forward edge which cuts through the water with little resistance and a hinged blade which reduces drag. This simple to use design produces more power with less effort to propel a canoe forward by allowing the person paddling to keep the paddle in the water at all times. The blade collapses to less than 1/2 inch for minimal drag. It is simple to perform maneuvering strokes (like a J-stroke and Pry stroke) with the paddle.
