Great paddle and company October 31, 2007

I bought this paddle because I love Bending Branches paddles and our family has several of them. I bought it from a company that sent me the wrong size and mismatched halves that didn't fit. They said I could make them work. End of discussion. I called Bending Branches and they were wonderful!!!! Sent a shipping tag for me to get the paddle fixed to my specifications and were altogether wonderful. I would highly recommend doing business with this company.
The paddle is very light and well balanced and a joy to use. When I first used it, my hands would go flying up in the air as I lifted it after each stroke, they were used to lifting so much more weight (and I really loved and was comfortable with my old paddle- just wanted to try a lighter weight). Highly recommended company and paddle.
