It is snug, but isn't it supposed to be? I have a 32" waist, and I ordered the Medium, and it fits, it feels nice and snug. I've used it for swimming in the "Endless Pool" at the gym, and I had no drag as I do with beach or volleyball shorts. Both purple and black are the colors that I ordered and the colors that I received... both in good working order and vibrant as expected.

As my son recently joined his HS swimteam, he needed these jammers for practices. The price was excellent and so far the quality is too. He loves them, has stated that they make a real difference in his performance.
Very tight right above knees January 30, 2008

I am a size 30 in jeans so I thought it would be fine if I ordered a size 32 since I had seen other posts recommending that. I got a size 32 and everything fit nicely except for the part above the knees. It felt really tight, like if was going to cut off blood flow. I am super fit, swimmer build but I guess my thighs are above average thickness.
I've ordered a size 34 and am waiting for it to arrive to compare.
You might have to order 1 to 2 sizes bigger depending on the thickness of your legs.
Otherwise, they seem to be a great product. I still haven't tried them out in the pool. They look super cool.

I have been buying jammers for my husband from Amazon for a few years now. We go swimming 3 times a week. The speedo jammer I bought in the past did not last long. It usually lasts about 3-4 months. I am trying the different brand this time and hoping it will last longer. So far so good. If it lasts more than 6 months, I will be happy. So I will report back in a few months.
